Oil painting What's for Dinner? by Gwenda Branjerdporn

What's for Dinner?

61 cm x 92 cm or 24.01" x 36.22"

Oil on canvas

This is a painting about fruit.  This painting has a Pomolo, an Asian citrus, a Bowen Special Mango, Dragon Fruit, Pomegranate, and a New Zealand mango.  In our garden we grow the Pomolo, and the Bowen Special mangoes.  We do buy and eat pomegranates, and other types of mangoes.

Our mangoes bloom and flower and take about 4 months to go and usually we get a very good crop by January or February.  It is usually a bit later than the northern mangoes from North Queensland.  Beautiful to eat.
